What Causes Vaginal Bleeding While On Ova Flow Tablets?

Hello doctor my name is Pooja,it s already 6 months I am married. And trying to get pregnant. my doctor has suggested me ova flow tablets and lycored syrup. But it s no use . every month I feel I am pergnent it starts to bleed .Can u please guide me. I want early pregnancy.
