What Causes Vaginal Bleeding While Passing Stools?

When i go to the toilet for a poo i am bleeding (from my vagina), this blood is red and the total opposite to my normal period blood. I am a healthy 26 year old with a 3 year old child. I have a mirena coil fitted and i am just wondering what this could be?
