What Causes Vaginal Bleeding While Taking Noriday Tablets?

I have been taking Noriday for amost a year with no problems up until now - I started bleeding almost 2 weeks ago, stopped after a week, then started again a day later. It will be coming up 2 weeks in total of bleeding (not a lot but enough to be annoying) Is this normal with Noriday? Thanks
