What Causes Vaginal Discharge After Intercourse?

i have had sex without using a condom.. after a day or two my girlfriend is experiencing some white fluid coming out of her vagina.. could you pls suggest what to do?? let me clear you that we did nt have proper intercourse the last time we have had sex... pls suggest
