What Causes Vaginal Discharge And Back Pain After Implanon Removal?

hi i excessive offensive vaginal discharge 10 days after implanon removal and lower abdo pain and some back pain which has settled today i had a period 3 days after removal which lasted around six days..i currently have tonsillitis which i am taking penicillin for, what will the reason for these symptoms be?
