What Causes Vaginal Discharge And Bleeding After A Hysterectomy?

Hi there sorry to bother you, but im worried about my mum, she had breast canncer and was given the all clear last year, but in the past 2 weeks she has had vaginal discharge and bleeding, she had a hysterectomy 20 years ago, blood test have come back and she is being called back to the docs on friday and swabs are being cultured again ( i think thats the term) sorry long winded, can u help please, penny:-)
