What Causes Vaginal Discharge And Burning Irritation?

Ok for a week I have had a sore throat and white watery vaginal discharge that caused a burning irratation. Now I look at my tonsils they have white lesions on them . My lips are swollen and hurt. I feel like I might have a std of some sort or a yeast infection in both mouth and vagina. I have had unprotected oral sex so I'm worried. I have mono but it has never been active. So I'm confused on what it can be. I am going to the doctor soon but need a opinion on what it could be.
