What Causes Vaginal Discharge And Odor Post Intake Of Plan B Pill?

I took plan b and also have a discharge and foul smell now the day after. This I believe is a side effect that hasn t been researched. I had no smell after sex and took the pill two days later but then got a foul smell and discharge day after taking pill. I thought maybe a condom was stuck in me. I am going to get check tomorrow.
