What Causes Vaginal Discharge, Cloudy Urine And Twitching Sensation In Urethra?

Hello, I have been having a creamyish light brown discharge with small pieces of brown stuff in it. On top of that, I have had minor vaginal itching, and cloudy urine. Every time I urinate, there is a pulsing twitchy feeling in my urethra when I am finished.
