What Causes Vaginal Discharge With Bad Odour?

hi, im 20 yrs old and for the past few day i been having a vaginal discharge that has a bad odor. also i been having bad craps on my left side that come and go. but to top it off my stool has become a little small portion that comes out watery but its clear with yellow i seriously dont know whats going on.
