What Causes Vaginal Irritation After Having Adipex?

I took adipex for almost 2weeks shortly after I started taking them I noticed I became very raw an irritated on my vagina (I wiped myself raw because I had to constantly urinate which also caused burning ) I immeditaely stop taking them I have been off them for a week now I m not raw anymore however I m still irritated and dry down there I don t have a discharge and no odor however I also have a slight itch from time to time . what should I do?
