What Causes Vaginal Itching After Sex?

My vagina started itching and got really raw after having sex 10 days straight now its been a little over month and the itch and rawness is gone but my vagina is really dry with a thick paste like discharge. Also my vagina has peeling too it. Kinda reminds me of wet toilet paper balls. What could this be I'm starting to freak out
