What Causes Vaginal Itching Along With Painful Urination?

So three days ago I got itchy down there and very painful urination. On further examination with a mirror I discovered a white odorless 'thing' inside the walls but it was not coming out. The itch is driving me crazy. Scratchingmakes it worse. And now I have my labia minora and clitoris really swollen two times its size and burns when touched and my vlitoris is bleeding maybe from all the scratching. But its come to a point where i can't even move. And also have a clear watery odorless discharge a lot. Even my jeans get wet. Can't go to a doctor right now since I'm on vacation and doctors are expensive!
