What Causes Vaginal Itching And Burning Feeling While Urinating During Pregnancy?

Hi i am 32 weeks pregnant and for the past two weeks i have been very itchy in the vigilant area and it really hurts on the inside to the point where i can t go to the bathroom anymore because it burns so bad. I tried drinking a lot of water thinking it was a bladder infection but it keeps getting worse and I also tried the baby rash cream but that hasn t worked either. I was wondering if you knew what could possibly be wrong.
