What Causes Vaginal Itching And Yellow Discharge After Having Sex?

hey doctor, last time i had sex which was a week i been having an extremely itchiness that doesnt stop at all also,white-ish yellow-ish gooey stuff that comes out my vagina which leaves a bad smell but my partner has the same problems with his penis which is peeling . please , i would like to know what problem i have? thanks i'll aprecciate it
