What Causes Vaginal Itching/burning At Night?

Hi I was jut wondering Dr. I have uncontrolled viginal itching and burning especially at night. It is getting to the point where I cant even sleep at night. I wake up because I am itching my self so bad. I even bleed. Probably because of o much itching. What is the cause of this? What do I have?
