What Causes Vaginal Itching Leading To Redness In 5 Year Old?

My 5 year old daughter has a very sore red anal area she has complained about her vagina itching and when she passes feses she cries and a couple of times there had been bright red blood on the tissuewhat can this be and do I need to take her to my gp
