What Causes Vaginal Itching Next To Anus?

So for the past month it has become very itchy in the back of my vagina next to my anus. Also there has been a piece of skin that I have not noticed before in the back of my vigina that itches the most. It mostly itches in the morning when I wake up or during the evening. Any help?
