What Causes Vaginal Itching, White Discharge, Pimples And Pain Below Abdomen During Intercourse?

I am suffering from vagina itching, white discharge, red pimples, radish skin, pain below abdomen, feel pain at the time of intercourse since last one year. I had taken so many medicines but I did not get completely fine and symptoms are come back again every month. I am giving some name of the medicines which treatment I have already taken like, metronidazole, doxy, ciprofloxcin, surfaz cream, fluconazole, candid B cream/lotion. My HIV test is negative, syphilis test is negative and white discharge water test is also negative.
Actually before this disease I had get physical relationship means intercourse without condom. After this I was ill. I informed him about this disease and he told me he has suffered small red pimples on penis. What should I do please help me . Give me some right course of medicine.
