What Causes Vaginal Itching?

Hey my vag was really itchy and i irritated the skin. later that day i noticed my pee hole is swollen and white stuff is inside Pee hole. 2 days past and swellings gone down and not itchy but instill see white stuff in pee hole. Everything else is normal . ideas??
