What Causes Vaginal Odor?

i am 53 years of age female removed my uterus about 10 years back now suffering from vaginal odor for the last 4-5 days. my lady doctor has suggested me following treatment. sertlopeptidase 10 mg and doxyctcline hydrocloride 100 mg tablets a kit of 5 tablest daily tds tablets ORNI 500 TWICE A DAY (BD) AND vatinal suppositories to be placed in vagina at night time containing clindamycin phosphater and clotrimazole soft gelatin . is the treatment sufficient or should i go for any further clininical tests. further i wish to add that i am diabetic for the last 7 years and my sugar level is 122 mg/dl fasting and 165 mg/dl pp
