What Causes Vaginal Pain And Bleeding After Fingering?

My boyfriend was fingering me and his hand slipped and he kind of scratched me. Well the lights were out and we couldn't see anything. well about 2 mins later he said he thinks I started my period. That was odd becuase I just gotten off my period the week before. I put a pad on and went to sleep and woke up and was not bleeding anymore. My vagina hurts very bad to sit down and when I look at it, there is no scratch but it hurts to pee. I think the cut might be inside, wich makes me worry becuase there was a lot of blood the night before. I just went pee and when I wiped there was a creamy white/pinkish discharge on the paper... is this a bad or a good sign?
