What Causes Vaginal Pain And Menstrual Cramping?

Hi I am 38 years old and I m having vaginal sharp pain with menstrual cramping but the cramps are on and off and white clear discharge I am not on my menstrual cycle nor due to get my period as of yet I am worried because this has been going on for couple days. Thank you!
