What Causes Vaginal Pain During Urination And Upon Walking?

I am having huge issues with my vagina. It feels like I am peeing razor blades, it is hard to start peeing and it continues to hurt after I am done peeing. I currently have to pee or have the urge to pee which is awful and when I sit or walk it hurts. i was just tested for STD's and STI's and all came out negative. I did not get tested for HPV but my doctor said that my symptoms are not related to HPV so. I am currently on my period too so I don't believe I am pregnant. Also my vagina sometimes feels pressure and it feels numb in a way. Please let me know if you guys know anything !! I just want to know what's going on!
