What Causes Vaginal Pain While Having Pelvic Inflammatory Disease?

4years back I had a chocolate cyst.laproscopy was done .now I have a 3 yr old baby .copper t was inserted after delivery 380a. I had vaginal candidiosis last month followed by infection.now last 2 months my menstrsation was too painful.scan was done and one ovary was slightly bigger no cyst was found.daignosis was PID.copper t is removed now but have slight pain in vagina all time .no discharges and no stomach pain.pain is bothering me. Should I worry about this ?
