What Causes Vaginal Redness And Discharge With The History Of Hysterectomy?

Hi, I am a 57yr old female. I had my uterus & cervix removed vaginally in 1999. I am 5' dont smoke or drink but once every 8 months or so, I have no weight issues and I am regular with my yearly check ups, all comes back good. I have been sweating alot at night. I have had no vaginal bleeding since 1999 until now. I just seen a very small amount with a very small amount of discharge colored a light yellow/green so I took a mirror and looked. Have not done that in a few years. It looks very differant then what I remember - looks red and inflamed, my pee spot look upset too. I dont feel bladder trouble and dont get problems like that. The blood is from my vagin not there. could you tell me what cancer looks like down there? I have a doctor visit on thur for my yr. check up
