What Causes Vaginal Soreness Post Intercourse?

Hello I had sex with my boyfriend yesterday morning and afterwards it was really sore to the touch. It didn't burn or anything, but it's almost been a full day and it's still kind of sore. I had an std check a few weeks back and she said everything was negative. I was wondering why it's still kind of sore? And it randomly hurts when I pee, should I be worried?
