What Causes Vaginal Sores Along With Severe Itching?

Hello doctor me n my husband are trying to conceive . Last month my period was delayed for a week , so I did a blood test n they said I was weekly pregnant .. But at that time I got the period .. Again the doctor recommend to do a 2 nd blood test .. After that he said I had a miscarriage .. So when I asked him if it s ok to try for a baby he said ok .. But tonight I consulted I gyny because I am having pimples over there n there is itching too .. She said I am having an infection.. N after that she said that I need to wait for 6 months before I try to conceive . Now I am confused . Can u help me please
