What Causes Vaginal Spotting After Having Implantation Bleeding?

Is any kind of spotting normal after implantation bleeding? I found out yesterday they think I'm about 5 weeks pregnant and I've had one miscarriage previously and I have one daughter that's 6 months old. I'm not hurting or anything like that. I'm really scared
