What Causes Vaginal Spotting After Having Sex?

Hi. I had sex with my boyfriend 9 days ago. He came but was wearing a condom. We had sex on Thursday, the condom broke but he hadn't come yet and he immediately put on another. Last night (Saturday) we had protected sex again, but this morning I had dark red spotting. I'm not due for my period for another two weeks. Why did I have the spotting? Could I be pregnant?
