What Causes Vaginal Spotting Along With Cramps While On Mirena Coil?

Hi I have had the mire a inserted for 3 years now and I have never bleed from my vagina , I don t even have a period anymore , Now I m worried because I have been cramping this past 3weeks I have been getting bad headaches and feel like my uterus is getting imflamated ,I started seen that now a 3 days ago when I used the bathroom after peeing and then wipe I have light pink bleeding or sometimes after peeing its a thick mucus constancy with light pink bleeding , could I be pregnant ???
