What Causes Vaginal Spotting Along With Migraines During Menstruation?

I just got my period 3 days early and it only comes out when I wipe or pee but just in little drops im also having extreme migraines and im really tired and really nauseous but havent thrown up the nausea and migraines have been happening for three days prior to today which is when I started bleeding could I be pregnant or is this just a horrible period?
