What Causes Vaginal Spotting And Flakes In Urine Post Unprotected Sex?

I am 36, on BC - take it regularly, had unprotected sex about 2 weeks ago and have been having light spotting ever since. Now I see flakes in my urine. I am scared to death what is wrong with me, an STD or worse, pregnant. I'm seeing a doctor tomorrow, but every passing day, minute, and search on the www is scaring me more. Please advise what may be wrong...
