What Causes Vaginal Spotting And Painful Urination?

i'm peeing consintley with a little bit of spotting, and its not my period. the blood is pink, you can barley tell. but, when i pee every time theres a pain that i can barley stand from a 1-10 its probably a 8 or 9, and i have no idea what it is. i was hoping a doctor could help me
