What Causes Vaginal Spotting And Sore Breasts While On Loestrin?

Hi I am on loestrin 20 contraceptive pill and have had my normal periods, ive been off my period for 1-2 weeks now and have tiny amounts of blood apear every couple of days. I have also had very sore breasts for around a month now, I'm confused on what's happening.
