What Causes Vaginal Spotting And Uncomfortable In Stomach After Having Non-penetrative Sex?

okay so i'm having a problem and i need answers. i thought it was pregnancy but im most deffinatly sure it isnt. here are my symptoms



- i had spotting for about 3 days ( very little blood ) right after getting fingered and i believe it was from his nails but there was no cut. my period was the week before.

- my sides hurt, it comes in waves and its not extreme pain, its just uncomfortable

- i feel nauseous at times, again this comes in waves and its not that bad but my next period is next week so maybe pms ?

- when i try to fall asleep it feels uncomfortable on my stomach and when i lay on my sides i cant explain it but it just feels weird

- my back hurts, but then again i have scoliosis.



what's going on ?

also i got semen on my hand, i wiped it off completely but then i touched the outside of my vagina. could i have possibly become pregnant ?
