What Causes Vaginal Spotting Post First Intercourse?

Dear Sir/Madam, I had unprotective sex like 3 Days ago. It was my first time having intercourse. My partner said he did not ejaculate , but I am not sure. THE next morning ( after sex) I had Some spotting, I Had also Some brownish discharge in my pee. THE second day I had also little spotting but very light pink. Today, THE third day I have also very light pink spotting. I dont know if this is due my period or am I pregnant, Cause my period is nearby. I hope you could help me.
