What Causes Vaginal Spotting Post Menstrual Cycle?

Hello i had last peruos began on feb 15.2015 and ended 7 days before and now i have noticed that every time i go to the restroom and wipe i see a very lightt light red like if i am going to start my mensual cycle again and normally i am very irregular can you please help me
