What Causes Vaginal Spotting While Sneezing During Pregnancy?

Hi I am 10weeks pregant last night I start sneezing frequently back to back like none stop.to every time I sneeze i twinkle after that I notice I m spotting blood.after my body was relaxed for my night rest part night I monitor it,it stop but then this morning as I start making movements I start spotting again....help please
