What Causes Vaginal Spotting With Bad Odour Post Menstruation?

Okay I just had my period and I never been normal until about 6 periods now after my son when I stop taking my mini pill. That's been almost 8 months ago. After this period I notice still some bleeding pinkish to red a bad smell and very sensitive down there aND frequent urine sometimes I pee a little and not knowing I had to go. What's wrong with me?
