What Causes Vaginal Thrush Along With Cloudy Urine?

I ve been on large doses of prednisone off and on for about 4 years, I also take cell cept and other medications for pemphigus vulgaris, depression, severe chron s disease, thyroid cancer, chronic fatigue and other problems. I weaned myself off the prednisone because it was affecting my mood horribly and I was extremely upset all the time. A few days after I developed what looks like thrush and my urine is cloudy and white (no foul odor, no pain) what can that be? A chron s flare or a candida or yeast infection?
