What Causes Variation In The ECG Report?

Hi, My son who is 21 years old had an ECG yesterday as a requirement of his college medical test. His ECG showed slight variations which is a big concern for us. He is a fit boy and never had any complaints regarding health. I would be grateful if you could guide me about the variations appearing . R they normal ? or ?
