What Causes Vein In Areola With Headache?

hi i am 17 years old and i just wanted to know what a big blue vein in my areola is and that my breast hurt on and off im sleepy more and i get headaches at night and im bloated and the last period i had was only spotting and at the end of it, it was light brown are those pregnancy signs i need help im confused
