What Causes Vertigo Along With Increased Thirstiness?

I was looking for correlation between some vague symptoms I ve experienced in the past week or so, not always at the same time. Vertigo episodes, last shortly, and occur when I lay down in the bed. I ve had some increased thirst recently - like I can t seem to get enough to drink, mostly in the evening. I ve also noticed that I ve had more trouble coming up with a word that I want. I take aspirin (81mg) and Plavix for 3 stents I had in 2013, and Pravastatin (80mg), along with triamterene/hctz.
