What Causes Vertigo Along With Tinnitus And Sweating?

I have certain episodes of vertigo in last 3 moths ,tinnitus in right ear and sometimes sweating ..but from few days I have only 2 vertigo attack but no vomiting and sweating..I am feeling drippling sound of something in my right ear from few days..tinnitus is present all the time
