What Causes Vertigo Leading To Vomiting And Tinnitus?

i have severe vertigo with vomiting, hearing loss, tinnitus. the attack is lasting for more than one hour and it comes in avarage of once per day if it is started and for 7 to 10 days.doctors excluded miniear s disease, brain and all parts of ear showed normal, conjanital variation in left blood supply showed in neck.i sufffer form this problem since last march now i am on beta serc 16 mg three times a day, and no improvement or even a control of the condition
