What Causes Vertigo On Lying Flat Along With Dry Cough And Pressure In Chest?

Hi. I have been fighting the following symptoms for four months and after seeing 3 Nurse Practitioners, 2 ENT, 2 ER Visits, 1 Neurologist and 2 Dentists. I still have no answers. I have pressure in my head that if I lay flat or turn my head to the right while lying flat induce severe vertigo that causes pain in the right side of my head and at the back of my head around my neck. I have swelling, occasional blurred vision, loss of appetite, dry cough with chest pressure, dry skin and hair loss. I am at a loss as to who to see next. Any ideas.
