What Causes Vertigo, Vomiting And Tingling In Hands Which Followed Pulsatile Tinnitus?

Hello In 2009 two months after having my son I have developed paulsate tennitus, then came the extreme vertigo, vomiting, and tingling in hands and feet as well. I also have a huge lump under right side of my ear that doesn t hurt. Could this be the issue to my problems? Its becoming a pain and I m having a hard time being told I will have to live with this cause there s nothing that can be done.
