What Causes Vibrating Feeling In Upper Right Abdomen?

For the past 24 hours I have experienced a vibrating feeling in my upper right abdomen. There is no pain involved whatsoever. The vibrations occur randomly and may be experienced standing, sitting, or in supine positions. This does not appear to be gas related. I am simply perplexed by the unusable vibration sensation. Frequency is random. Sometimes an hour apart to once every minute or two. Lasting about 8 - 10 seconds each and sometimes longer. I would appreciate any feedback you could provide. Thank you.
