What Causes Vibrating Sensation In Upper Right Chest?

I have been experiencing vibration in my upper right chest between my heart and lung. It sometimes feels like gurgling going through a straw or buzzing. It feels like how your stomach gurgles when it is empty and growls but it is in my upper right chest. There is no pain with this feeling
